Multi-Bets and Combination Bets

Where we offer multi-bet or accumulator options, each selection within the bet is treated as a separate leg. The overall payout is determined by the combined odds of all selected legs. If one or more legs of a multi-bet is voided for any reason, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. A single-leg multi-bet that results from voiding will be settled as a single bet at the remaining odds.

Bet Settlement and Payouts

Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant event or game round has concluded. Settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body, game provider or our own records where applicable. We reserve the right to delay settlement pending verification of a result, particularly in circumstances where the outcome is subject to an official review or appeal.

Where a result is subsequently changed by an official governing body after initial settlement, we will use our reasonable endeavours to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised result. We are not obligated to re-settle bets based on unofficial reports, media speculation or unverified information.

Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement.
The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet, subject to these rules.
In the case of a dead heat or tie, settlement will follow the applicable dead heat rules for that market.
We reserve the right to correct any settlement errors, including recovering funds incorrectly credited to your account as a result of such an error.

Void Bets and Disputes

A bet may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to, the following: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable cut-off time; there is a clear and obvious pricing error in the odds offered; the bet was placed in a manner that contravenes these rules or our Terms and Conditions; or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with the bet.

Where a bet is voided, your original stake will be returned to your account balance. Voided bets do not count towards any wagering requirements or promotional thresholds unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Raising a Dispute

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, or you have a complaint regarding a betting outcome, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after the event.
